Services We Offer

Renovations and Repairs

For Sellers- we will advise as to the necessary repairs in order to list. We have licensed contractors on hand able to complete these repairs prior to listing. If you are unable to pay upfront, the cost will be fronted until settlement. For Buyers- post settlement we are able to provide an estimate of repairs, renovations, painting, and remodeling free of cost.

Staging

We include an assesment, staging advice, and light staging with any listing. For empty homes in need of additional staging, we are able to coordinate and schedule. We also offer an all inclusive listing package.

Photography and Design

MLPG has specialized software to assist Buyers in remodel, renovations, and interior designs. We offer a listing package that includes all photography, and floor plans.

Organization

Many times, Sellers don't know where to start. A professional organizer is available to assist with the process of sorting, organizing, and donating or selling certain items.

Estate Resources

We work with trusted Estate Attorney and have the experience of navigating the challenges of an Estate Sale.
